Gold Coast will be cooking up different vegetarian, savory snacks each day including:

100% Vegetarian Vietnamese Banh Mi Style Sandwiches
Gochujang flavored vegetarian meat with pickled vegetables, jalapeno slices, and cilantro
Served on a warm French baguette

100% Vegetarian Greek Pita Style Sandwiches
Shawarma flavored vegetarian meat with lettuce, tomato, red onion, and a tzatziki sauce
Served on a warmed pita

100% Vegetarian Mexican Style Tacos
Seasoned vegetarian meat with lettuce, tomato, onion, cheddar cheese
and a cilantro-lime cream
Served on a warm tortilla
