Our Research and Development team has tested flavor and color combinations in confectionery applications since our founding in 1985. We are continuously adding to our spectrum of heat-stable, naturally sweetened, sugar-free, and organic flavors. GCI offers oil-soluble flavors for chocolates and water-soluble flavors for gummies, caramels, nougats, and more. Other confectionery applications we flavor and color include jellies, chews, hard candies, chewing gum, licorices, coatings, and various liquid candies.
