Gold Coast Ingredients has developed a new line of natural Hybrid Fruit Flavors:
Tangelo, Limequat, Pluot, Pineberry, Peacharine, and Tayberry

Tangelo

A tangy and juicy hybrid of tangerine and grapefruit
with floral notes

Limequat

A tart key lime and kumquat hybrid with hints of orange, sweet skin,
bitter pulp, and yellow-green in color when they are ripe

Pluot

A sweet plum and apricot hybrid with mild tartness

Pineberry

A hybrid of red and white strawberries that tastes like
a strawberry with subtle pineapple notes

Peacharine

A popular hybrid of peach and nectarine,
that is very sweet and rich in color

Tayberry

An aromatic hybrid of blackberry and raspberry
that tastes similar to a loganberry,
yet less acidic and much sweeter

These natural flavors were developed for applications including beverages, nutraceutical products, baked goods, confectionery, dairy products, and lip balm.
