At SSW 2018, our team showcased Gold Coast Ingredients’ Salt Enhancer Type Flavor,
using two versions of Bloody Mary samples

Version A:
Bloody Mary with Full Sodium

Version B:
Bloody Mary with a 30% Sodium Reduction
(compared to Version A)

GCI’s Salt Enhancer Type Flavors help reduce sodium levels,
while maintaining preferred levels of salty taste

Each Bloody Mary sample also contained Gold Coast’s
Worcestershire Type Flavor and Lemon Extract
